Gingerbread People

Today we worked with our 5th grade buddies to create Gingerbread People.  We actually used a glyph that I found online to gather data about each of the Kindergarteners. The data that they collected about themselves is directly shown on their Gingerbread Person.  For example, the bow on each Gingerbread is the month that their birthday is in, the eye color lets us know if they are a boy or a girl, the button colors are their interests, etc.  It was a really fun project!  You can look at these more closely on the bulletin board display outside of our classroom!
